Timing will depend on the scope of the job and the type of work, as well as the quality of information from the contractor. We typically turn around estimates in 1-3 business days
All billing goes through the account you create on Epic Estimates website. The deposit is charged when you order the job, and the remaining balance (if any) is paid when you collect the written estimate from the website.
When you order a job, you can upload all files for that project within the Epic Estimates Platform.
