To start your estimate, Signup - Epic Estimates

Estimates will typically be completed and returned within 2 or 3 business days. Sure, we are not the fastest, but we provide the best quality. Timing can also depend on the scope of the job and the type of work, as well as the quality of the information received from the restoration project manager.

Epic Estimates will bill you via an online payment method. This streamlines everything with the click of a button and will not cost any fees.

All of your files, photos and documents are uploaded via our website, so we can produce you estimate and store your information all within one platform.

Once your bill/estimate is paid and complete, we will edit an estimate once at no charge if it is a mistake we made. We will edit an estimate multiple times for billable hours. Please note, while we strive for perfection and sometimes make errors, we will always fix our mistakes.

We do require a 3D software link, we have found we want to produce the best estimate for our clients and the only way we can do that is by being able to use this software and capture everything needed for you to be successful.

Your restoration project manager will send Epic Estimates job information, including notes and photos. Epic will create your estimate based on the provided information. If any additional information is necesssary to complete your job estimate, we will contact your restoration project manager.

Our pricing varies, but is typically dependent on:

  • Size of estimate
  • Discounts applied
  • Line rewrites
